hi mommies. my girl baby s 4 months now and she s 5. 2 kg. she had birth weight of 3. 25 ...though her weight gain s nearing normalcy ... she looks very thin . i constantly hear this from my relatives " why s your child very weak . ? " .. I'm giving her only breast milk . what can b done . please suggest
