Which dal &a vegetable can give on daily basis

As my mother in law is saying don't give Chana dal and ghiya daily.. how to decide which dal &a vegetable should I serve on daily basis.. please suggest

hii, neha u should defiantly avoid chana dal and matar ki dal for your kids. chana dal is very heavy to digest for kids. give only arhar dal , moong dal. these are Best for kids as easily do digestible.

u can also add cumin to dal

chana dal may create gastric problem for the baby. u can give moong or toor dal. Whatever dal u cook add a pinch of hing, a garlic and jeera. These things will improve digestion.

it depends on ur child digestion u can feed chana Dal and moongdal daily with veggies like carrots beetroot leafy veggies... u can give rasam. n sambar in this hot summer
