Lack of sleep, stress, eating at odd hours, or not drinking enough water can make the bloating worse. Some moms experience bloating for just a few weeks, while others may feel it for many months. It does not mean something is wrong, it simply means the body is still recovering.

Masaba has a great message for all the new moms. It’s okay if your body takes time to heal. You don’t have to bounce back quickly.
Sometimes the body needs weeks; sometimes it needs months; sometimes even more than a year and that is completely okay.
