Parmeet Sethi Has a Fun Game for Deepika-Ranveer’s Daughter Dua — ‘I Hope They Try This!’

Becoming a parent changes everything, no matter who you are. The moment you hold your baby, your world shifts.
That’s the same happening with Bollywood’s favourite parents, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who recently welcomed their baby girl, Dua. Dua recently completed one year and Deepika had baked a special cake for her little angel.
The entire country has been showering them with love and wishes. And among those blessings, there is a special parenting tip coming from actor Parmeet Sethi.
It is a game that he hopes Deepika and Ranveer play with their daughter.

The Game
Parmeet shared an idea that every parent can try.
He said, “Every night before going to bed, play this little game. Ask your child to say three things they’re grateful for that day.”
It could be something as tiny as “I liked my ice cream” or “I played with my friend.”
Or it could be something big like “I’m thankful for my family.”
Parmeet said he hopes Deepika and Ranveer play this with Dua as she grows up.

Why Gratitude Matters
Children grow up surrounded by so much. Be it toys, screens and so many new things every day.
But sometimes, what they really need is to learn how to feel joy.
That’s what this gratitude game does.
It helps a child notice the little things that make them happy. And over time, it teaches them that happiness is in appreciating what you already have.
Deepika and Ranveer — The New Parents Everyone Loves
Deepika and Ranveer are known for being real and grounded despite their fame.
And now, as parents, they are creating little traditions with Dua. Reading bedtime stories, singing lullabies or maybe even playing Parmeet’s gratitude game every night.
These small rituals will become her biggest memories one day.
