How Does Hypnotherapy Help To Have Painless Deliveries?

The theory behind the hypnotherapy promoting painless labor is that the hypnosis helps to calm the mind of an expecting mom and doesn’t let her get into the ‘fight or flight' reaction. What Is Fight Or Flight Response? The fight or flight response is referred to our body's primeval, automatic, and natural response that prepares the body to "fight" or "run away" from an apparent attack that brings about peril to our endurance. Once the fight or flight response is activated, a series of nerve cell firing occurs and a flood of changes happens to your hormones, chemicals like adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol are released into our bloodstream, and body to prepare you to immediately run away or fight the situation.

Is pasta okay to eat ? Hi I am 7 weeks pregnant. Is okay to eat pasta at this time ? Doc has told me to stay away from outside food. But I am making the pasta at home and consuming. Is it okay ?

Advice

Hi, I had noodles also but not from outside only homemade. Out side every one uses ajino moto. It's harmful for baby so prepare at home with very less soya sause. You can use lots of veggies while you are cooking the same. Also try to avoid food from outside.

How To Keep Your Newborn Baby Cool This Summer ?

eep Him/her Out Of The Sun If you have an infant who is under 6 months you should keep him/her indoors rather than taking outside, especially during peak hours. During these hot days the heat stroke could be dangerous for your baby. So, it’s better not to take risk Choose Soft Clothing Overdressing is one of the reasons to overheat the baby. Light cotton clothes with no strings and buttons are the apt options for your baby during summer. Organic cotton clothes are far better than the fuzzy clothes for your child’s sensitive skin. Strictly avoid furry clothes as they can irritate the body Choose Comfort Over Convenience Disposable diapers are indeed more convenient than cloth nappies. However, these non-environmental diapers cause rashes and aren’t comfortable for your baby during summers, at all. Nonetheless, cloth diapers let the skin breathe and prevent to cause rashes Buy a Wide Sun-Hat Get a wide-brimmed hat to protect your child’s head and face from the direct exposure of the sun. And remember it should be breathable and made of cotton which doesn’t even irritate the skin Avoid Heavy Oil Massage It’s indeed essential to massage infant’s body; however, during summers you should highly avoid using heavy massage oils. Rather choose light oils such as olive oil or coconut oil as they easily absorb into the skin without weighing it down and your child will stay cool

Talking At what age kids start talking ?

Advice

As told in the earlier comment, it really differs from child to child. Some talk early, some observe things very keenly and talk lately which is absolutely fine! Parents, or kids favorite people at home should spend time with the kid. As much as we talk , it becomes easy for them to understand and talk later. Talking with them is very important, than literally making them sit and teaching words, kids are more intelligent than us they can grasp very easily. Let it be two way communication every time. Tell him to get some water , toys, book, objects , something like that which will make them understand quickly and within no time your baby will put effort to talk to you :)

I always try to motivate her and always praises her for even a small smile she does to an outsider. Pls. Do tell your kid where you are going whom we are going to meet, fun we are going to have at that place, ask her to shout loudly when going for a long drive. Make her join her for an art class or a sports club because she needs to interact with her friends Never compare her Never demotivate her I had practically gone through this stage in my daughter Now she is completely an extrovert. 8 Summer Fruits to Give Children, Don't Forget While Offering Fruits in Summer

Mangoes are packed with Vitamin A and C, and have cancer preventing beta carotene. The deeper the color of the flesh, the higher is the carotenoid levels. Here is the recipe: Takes 10 minutes to prepare. Good for 3 little tummies. Yogurt: 2 cups Peeled and chopped ripe mango - 2 cups Sugar - to taste Blend mango pieces and sugar in a blender. Add the yogurt and blend again until smooth. You may also add rose water at this stage. Serve chilled. Parentune Tip: For children, who do not like drinking milk or milk products, try making mango lassi for them. They will enjoy the delicious drink on a hot day and will also benefit from the dairy in the yogurt that goes into the lassi. #3. Watermelon: Rich in vitamin A and C, and antioxidants, watermelons make for a delicious summer snack. They also contain lycopene that protects the skin against sun damage. Parentune Tip: Try watermelon sorbet recipe. I made this for my children on a hot day last summer and it was such a hit that I had to make it for her friends too when they came visiting us. Watermelon: Cut into small chunks and freeze. Water: about a ½ cup for half a watermelon Add the frozen chunks of watermelon into the blender. Add the water little by little and blend until smooth and sorbet texture (it should be an icy mix like slush). Scoop and serve. Do not add sugar as watermelons are naturally sweet.

Lazy to do H. W. My daughter is not ready to do hw on time. Always she linger on all the work. Always waste her time. Then after she regrates. What should i do?

Advice

Dear luxmi, I believe most of the kids your daughter's age face a similar situation as there are many internal changes occurring in their mind and body. Children at this age need a lot of counseling and fixed schedules to be able to stay disciplined. Being firm yet understanding is what is needed. Be your daughter's friend and give her clear guidelines as to what is expected from her. Do not yell or try out measures of strict discipline.

Add a tbsp of Rooh Afza to it and mix in the powdered sugar. Chill in the fridge. At the time of serving, add ice cubes and serve with the coconut malai on the side. Benefits of Coconut Cooler: Tender coconut water is the only source of food that has natural electrolytes in it to balance the loss of salt from the body due to excessive sweating in the heat. But it takes a cultivated taste to fully appreciate it. Therefore the flavor of rose will make it more appetizing for the children.

Parent Talk

My 16 year old boy is always chatting with girls on phone. he is wasting most of his day in this. whenever asked to stop he starts to shout back on us. He says they are his classmates and he is asking them school work. He mostly talks to them in his room and doesn't allow us there. His phone is constantly buzzing. How do I deal with this.

Advice

Hi @moni! whosoever amongst you and your husband feels comfortable, can talk to him . Talk to him about the attraction towards the opposite sex and the hormonal changes that might be responsible for such behaviour .also you could discuss about precautions and things he should keep in mind at this age. Talk at length about cyber hygiene, digital safety and rules he should keep in mind while using gadgets .you need to be friends with him at this age @Moni, let him know what you went through at this age and all adolescents do. Also don't spy on him but just make him aware that he needs to be cautious at this age and respect girls and at no point trouble them.

Hi Paramita Maity, At the start of periods in young girls, the periods may be irregular and infrequent. This is normal. However, we can't comment on the growth or development without a physical examination. So, visit a gynaecologist for the same.
